Multifamily REITs Offer High Yields

Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) pay a good share of their earnings in the form of cash dividends to their shareholders. The following eight REITs specialize in multifamily residences and have steady cash flows from rents and fees. These stocks are worthy candidates for investors who seek income or want to reinvest dividends to accumulate shares.

Before you buy any of these stocks, check their price chart patterns. And check to confirm that their cash distributions are sustainable, particularly if the distribution yield is very high.
