Price Patterns - Buyout Causes Jump in Share Price

Georgia-Pacific (GP) shares jumped 38.5 percent after it agreed to be purchased for $48 per share by Koch Industries, the nation's second-largest private company. After the deal closes, Koch will be the largest private company in the United States.
