"Mutual Funds Stink"

In his November 27, 2006 column in Forbes magazine Laszlo Birinyi Jr. writes that mutual funds are "marketing machines first and investing ones second." He urges investors to avoid mutual funds with their lackluster performance and high fees that sap total returns and instead buy stocks on their own. We at buyupside.com agree.
