the gallery is to show the variety of charts on buyupside.com.
Many of the charts are not current but still serve as useful examples.
Silver - CTM Percent Returns

returns chart shows the spike in silver prices in the the early 1980s.

Multiple Cycles
Kulicke & Soffa (KLIC) has had four complete price cycles since 1990.
The price chart and corresponding CTM
percent returns chart show the cycles.

CTM 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional Percent Return Charts
The two charts visually represent the CTM
trade table for one cycle of 109 weekly prices for Kulicke & Soffa
(KLIC).
The color-coded 2-dimensional
CTM percent returns chart for the 5,886 CTM trades delineates the
three trade types by color. Most of the buy upside/sell upside trades
(green) are winners and most of the buy downside/sell downside trades
(red) are losers. The buy upside/sell downside trades (blue) are distributed
over much of the chart area.
The 3-dimensional display
for the same trades shows the winning trades in green and losing trades
in red.
 
CTM Percent Returns Chart and Winners and Losers Map
The CTM percent returns
chart for CSCO Systems (CSCO) shows many buy upside/sell upside and
buy upside/sell downside winners (green). The large area of losers (red)
are buy downside/sell downside trades after the March 2000 peak. The winners
and losers map shows the same data but looking straight down.
 
CTM Percent Returns Charts for Three Trade Types
The following charts show the CTM percent returns for the three CTM
trade types: buy upside/sell upside, buy upside/sell downside and
buy downside/sell downside.
 

Gold Price and CTM Percent Returns Charts
Gold has been in a long-term down trend since it peaked in 1980. The
downside losing trades (red) are interspersed with the downside winning
trades (green), which resulted from buying on downside dips in price.
The price chart and corresponding CTM
percent returns chart show the down trend.

Bow Tie Charts for the Nikkei 225
The bow tie chart plots CTM
annualized returns over CTM percent returns. The two charts plot the same
data but show different colors.

S&P 500
These charts show the annualized returns for all CTM trades for S&P
500 from 1982 to 2003. The first chart shows returns are most variable
for short holding periods. And returns converge as holding time increases.
The second chart shows waves of return values.
