Natural Gas and Oil Producer EnCana Doubles Dividend

EnCana (ECA), a Canadian natural gas and oil producer, today announced that it has doubled its quarterly dividend to $0.40. ECA has doubled its dividend for three consecutive years.

Based on the new dividend, EnCana's current dividend yield is 2.29 percent. ECA is an excellent candidate for a long-term dividend reinvestment portfolio.
