Cullen/Frost
Bankers (CFR),
a Texas-based regional bank, has a multi-year record of increasing
its dividend. The current quarterly dividend of 42 cents represents
a 3.20% dividend yield.

Like most bank stocks, CFR is down, but it has held up well during
the current bear market for financial stocks. The June 20 close
of $53.17, represents a 8.47 percent decline from its all-time high
of $58.09 set on May 15, 2008. CFR has support between $49 and $51.

I (RAH) have no positions in
CFR.
