Use this calculator to determine the payment required to accumulate a specified amount by the end of a given period of time at a given interest rate.

Computational Notes:

The payment is computed using the following formula:

Payment = Total Accumulated * (Interest Rate / 100) / ((1 + Interest Rate / 100)** Payment Period) - 1)

Adjust the discount rate to reflect the interval between payments (annual, month, etc.).

Each payment is made at the end of a payment period.

The discount rate is the same for all payment periods.
