Williams Companies Revives Its DividendWilliams Companies (WMB), a natural gas provider, has recovered from its near-death experience during 2001 and 2002. Currently WMB is on the price downside after making a double top. WMB had a history of raising dividends until 2002 when it cut its dividend. However, its dividend is on a comeback and the stock may be a candidate for a long-term dividend reinvestment portfolio. Do not buy the stock until a price upside is established. Posted May 9, 2006.
