Spanish Real Estate and Homebuilding Stocks Are on the Downside

The price bubble in the Spanish real estate and homebuilding stocks began to burst in in 2006 and by early 2007 most of sector was on the price downside. And once the downsides began, they continued at a swift pace leaving a few stocks down over 70 percent is less than one year.
