Russian Stocks and Funds

Investing in Russia is possible for U.S. investors through one exchange-traded fund (ETF), several managed mutual funds and a few individual stocks listed on U.S. stock exchanges.

Market Vectors Russia ETF (RSX), an exchange-traded fund, tracks over 30 publicly-traded companies based in Russia.

Managed mutual funds for Russian stocks include: ING Russia Fund (LETRX), Third Millennium Russia Fund (TMRFX) and Templeton Russia and East Europe Fund (FTRFX). Be advised that these funds carry sales charges as well as high annual fees.
