Merck Has More Vioxx-Related Troubles

Merck & Co. (MRK) troubles resulting from its Vioxx drug continue to mount. According to the New England Journal of Medicine Merck omitted data from a key study on three Vioxx users who had heart attacks while taking Vioxx. Merck denies the charge but investors continue to sell the stock.

Do not buy MRK. Its price downside could continue.
